Why nanofy
nanofy started the day I ran out of iCloud storage. I didn't want to pay forever for space I didn't control, so I bought my own NAS to keep my photos and videos at home. But I still wanted everything on my phone — and my phone simply didn't have the room.
The apps that promised to help never did quite what I needed. They were clunky, they wanted accounts, or they quietly uploaded my files somewhere. I kept thinking: these could be so much better.
So I built the ones I wished existed — fast, native, private, on-device. I founded nanofy to bring those apps to life, for myself and for everyone who's ever watched their storage fill up.
